How to retrieve your Examinee Number in Civil Service Exam

If you forgot your examinee number in Civil Service Exam, there’s a way to retrieve it. Just follow these steps.

Guide in Retrieving Examinee Number

1. Go to OCSERGS official website. In the bottom, there’s a note “Forgot Examinee Number”. Click the link. You can also go to this link: http://webapp.csc.gov.ph/CSE_Online/_ppt_res/en.php

2. Fill out the form.

• Date of Examination
• Last Name
• First Name
• Middle Initial (initial only! Don’t put period)
• Date of Birth

3. Click SUBMIT.

This is usually six digits. I hope you will be able to retrieve yours.
